Surgigas provides its service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Definitions and Description

Surgigas provides users with access to web-based information to facilitate the provision of services to enable surgical operations.

These terms govern your use of the information posted to and contained on the website at www.surgigas.com.au ("Site").

In these terms "we" and "us" means AFLovegrove Pty Ltd trading as Surgigas and "you" means the person using the Site for the purposes of posting information to or accessing information on the Site.

1. When applying for access to the Site you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself as required by the Site registration form. We have the sole discretion whether or not to accept your application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of security.
